The Application Process

1. Apply: Provide us with your full name and email address so that we may invite you to apply through our Management system, Buildium.
   
   
2. Application Fee: Once you fill out your application, you will pay the $50 per applicant fee so that we can run tenant screening.
   
   
3. Screening: We will run your tenant screening (including credit soft inquiry, background, and rental history).
   
   
4. Approval & Lease: Once you are approved, we can proceed directly to sign a lease and collect the 1 Month Security Deposit.
   
   
5. Move In: The Veranta apartments are in their last phase of completion, and we estimate move-in to be November 1st or shortly after. Once the owner receives final approvals for occupancy, we will advise you and schedule your move in!
